1. What Claude Updates is
Claude Updates is an independent community hub that aggregates, summarizes, and links to publicly available content about building with Claude. It is not affiliated with Anthropic. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to register, and you agree to provide accurate information. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
3. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you write, submit, or upload. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site and its feeds. You agree only to post content you have the right to share, that credits and links its sources, and that isn't unlawful, misleading, or abusive.
4. Aggregated content & attribution
We summarize, add value, attribute, and link — we never republish a source's full text. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact us and we'll review it promptly.
5. Acceptable use
- No spam, scraping at scale, or automated abuse of the Site.
- No harassment, hate speech, or attempts to deceive the community.
- No attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is." We aggregate third-party information and can't guarantee it's accurate, complete, or current. Nothing here is professional advice. Verify anything important against the original source.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claude Updates isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
