The mvsd-ai-skills collection provides small, focused tools for your AI agent. Every tool solves one specific problem. You can copy these tools into your AI workflows to improve results. These tools work with Claude and other platforms that support the SKILL.md format.

You no longer need to write prompt instructions reach by reach. These skills give your AI a blueprint for your tasks. Use them to write better code, format your data, or analyze your research notes.

📥 How to get started

You need a Windows computer to use these tools. Follow these steps to set up the collection on your machine.

  1. Go to the official download page.
  2. Click the green button labeled "Code" near the top right of the page.
  3. Select "Download ZIP" from the menu.
  4. Open your Downloads folder in Windows.
  5. Right-click the file named "mvsd-ai-skills-main.zip".
  6. Select "Extract All" and click "Extract".

You now have a folder on your computer with all current skills.

⚙️ Setting up your environment

Your AI agent needs to see these files to use them.

  1. Open your AI agent software.
  2. Look for the "Knowledge" or "File Upload" area.
  3. Drag the files from the extracted folder into this area.
  4. The agent can now read the content of these skills when you ask it to perform a task.

If your specific agent allows you to link a folder, select the folder you extracted earlier. This keeps the skills updated if you download new versions in the future.

🧠 Example workflows

Here are three ways to use these skills in your daily work.

Writing clear emails

If you write many emails, use the "Email-Refiner" skill. Upload the file to your agent. Type "Use the Email-Refiner skill to make my draft professional and clear." The AI will rewrite your text based on the rules inside the file.

Formatting research data

If you have messy notes, use the "Data-Formatter" skill. It tells the AI to create tables, headings, and bullet points. You simply paste your raw notes and tell the agent to "Apply Data-Formatter to this text."

Generating code snippets

If you need code, use the "Code-Boilerplate" skill. This sets the rules for how the AI handles programming languages. It ensures the AI includes comments and error handling in every piece of code it writes for you.

🛡️ Requirements

Your system requires these items to work:

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • At least 50 MB of free disk space.
  • An AI account that supports custom skill or knowledge files.

📈 Improving your experience

Check the main page periodically for new skills. New problems appear in your daily work, and we add new tools to address them. If a skill does not work as you expect, check your uploaded file. Ensure the file extension remains .md. The AI reads these files as standard text documents.

If you want to create your own skill, open one of the existing files in Notepad. You can copy the structure and change the instructions to fit your own needs. Save the new file with a clear name and upload it to your agent.

Do not worry about breaking the system. These files are simple text. You can delete or edit them at any time without damaging your computer or your AI setup. If you make a mistake, simply download the file again from the link above.
