Carbon Market Skills Pack

Six Claude Skills that turn registry-grade carbon project documentation into a repeatable system instead of a bespoke consulting engagement every time.

Built out of doing carbon project infrastructure wrong twice and right once. The thesis: carbon markets don't have a concept problem, they have a measurement and documentation infrastructure problem. These skills encode the actual document architecture a project needs from methodology selection through credit issuance, not a generic template.

Why six and not one

A PDD generator alone produces a document that looks complete and isn't. The legal terms don't match the PDD's defined terms. The timeline doesn't reflect real validation dependencies. The monitoring plan claims more rigor than the actual instrumentation supports. The stakeholder section is boilerplate.

These six skills cross-reference each other deliberately, the same way the actual documents in a real project file have to stay consistent with each other. Methodology selection in pdd-generator should route through carbon-decision-memos before it's locked. The monitoring tier language in mrv-methodology-drafting has to match what carbon-legal-agreements represents to buyers. The timeline in carbon-project-timeline only works if the gating decisions are actually closed.

Install

Each skill directory contains a SKILL.md and, where useful, a references/ folder. Package and install individually, or drop the whole skills/ directory into your Claude Skills location.

Status

v1, scaffolded and structurally complete. Validated against a synthetic project (Sequoia Basin, fully fictional — see example-output/) since the real project work this is built from is confidential. Next step is validating against a live registry submission.
