A fail-closed PHI/PII de-identification gateway that redacts before text ever reaches a model — the piece most healthcare servers quietly assume someone else built, and a category this list did not previously cover. It pairs Presidio with regex engines behind audit logging and checksums, and shipped with the hygiene the list rewards: MIT, SECURITY.md, pre-commit hooks, and an evaluation harness with its own corpus generator.
